Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp oil 
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • ¾ lb beef, cubed
  • 1 jar Patak’s® Spicy Vindaloo Curry Simmer Sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large pan heat the oil and fry the onion. 
  2. Add the beef and sear, about 3 min. 
  3. Pour in the Patak’s® Spicy Vindaloo Curry Simmer Sauce and simmer for 20 min, stirring occasionally. 
  4. Serve with rice or naan, and Patak’s® chutneys and pickles.
