Spoon cranberries and Patak’s® Sweet Mango Chutney atop your favorite soft cheeses and apple slices for a delectable burst of color and taste.

Recipe calls for


  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, finely chopped
  • ¾ cup Patak’s® Sweet Mango Chutney
  • 1 brick cream cheese or soft cheese 
  • 1 apple, sliced
  • Toasted baguette, sliced


  1. Combine the dried cranberries, water, sugar and ginger in a small saucepan, and bring to boiling. 
  2. Cover, remove from heat and let stand for 15 min. 
  3. Stir in the Patak’s® Sweet Mango Chutney, cover and chill at least 2 hours (overnight recommended). 
  4. Spoon the cranberry chutney on top of Brie cheese, goat cheese or cream cheese. 
  5. Serve with apple slices and toasted baguette slices.
