- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp garlic, minced
- ½ jar Patak’s® Tikka Masala Curry Spice Paste
- 2 ½ cups of water, divided
- ⅛ cup tomato, chopped
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 block (14 oz) paneer cut into cubes
- ½ cup frozen peas
- Salt, to taste
- ½ cup heavy cream (+ more for garnish)
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (garnish)
